Please thoroughly read through my ToS! By commissioning me, you have agreed to my ToS.
If these terms are broken, you will be put into my private blacklist and are prohibited from buying from me.What I can draw:
-SFW
- Furries, mostly any species, anthro or feralWhat I wont draw:
- Nsfw (i'm just not confident for my abilities for that :,)
- Hateful, lgbtphobic, racist, zoophilic, or really any bigoted content. Trying to commission any harmful artworks will result in a blacklist.
- Humans (im not confident on my abilites for that either :,)My rights as an artist:
- I have the right to deny or refuse a commission without explanation
- I have the right to refund a commission without explanation
- I have the right to post/use any artwork I make- including commissioned pieces- to be shown as an example of my work on any website.
- I have the right to update my prices and commission types
- I have the right to blacklist anyoneYour rights as a commissioner:
- You have the right to use my artworks for non-commercial use
- You have the right to repost my artwork on any website as long credit is given
- You have the right to edit the artwork however you like. However be sure to credit me for the original artwork
- You have the right to request for a refund only before I send a sketch.You may not:
- Sell my artwork or use it commercially
- Trace my artwork
- Claim my artwork as your own
- Use my work as an NFT
- Remove my watermark from my artworkGeneral Work flow:
- In cases of commissioned work, I often prefer getting contacted through toyhou.se or my twitter for easier communication
- Please note that I work 40 hours a week, so the turnaround time may take longer. If you'd like me to finish the commission earlier, I must be provided a good reason and I will also request an extra fee to be paid depending on the time limit
- Also note that because i work 40 hours a week, my replies will be slow. I try to respond as soon as I could
- Once I begin working on your commission, you can not ask for a character change
- If you are being too disrespectful, aggressive, or difficult to work with, I will refund and cancel the commission. Refusing my refund will result in a blacklist and the commission getting canceled anyway
- You may ask for any updates regarding your commission

Payments:
- I only accept Paypal and Cashapp currently. I'll send an invoice if you choose Paypal to send the payment.
- Unless discussed, the payment will have to be due within 24 hours
